Join us for a Collins-Chella experience at Collins Dining Hall, featuring a menu inspired by bold, vibrant flavors. Enjoy carne asada al carbón served with Mexican rice, refried beans, nopales al carbón, grilled onions, guacamole, salsa, and lemon pepper tortilla chips.
Cool off with refreshing aguas frescas, including horchata, jamaica, and a chia, piña, and pepino blend, plus a variety of raspados in vanilla, mango, strawberry, and tamarindo.
