    I’ve always had a passion for bringing people together, and that is what food does. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University and began my career in the hospitality industry with Savor, catering at the Ontario Convention Center. I then joined Bon Appétit in 2012 and I am excited to be a part of a company that understands the importance of people coming together to share a meal. Bon Appétit focuses on serving fresh and delicious meals made from scratch, and using locally grown food to create incredible menus. Our talented team creates delicious dishes and great experiences.

    Allan started his culinary career back in 2005 as a prep cook. After working as a cook in several restaurants he began growing his passion for cooking and soon realized this was the path for his career.

    I began my career in the hospitality industry when I was 19 years old, working with SAVOR… Catering. I have a strong passion for food and entertainment and feel fortunate for the opportunity to have joined the Bon Appetit Company, whose philosophy and values align to that of my own. I am excited to be working with a talented team of individuals in such an amazingly unique environment.
